Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to download or stream the purchased Recording for your personal, non-commercial use only.

All Recordings sold on this website are protected under Australian copyright law and remain the intellectual property of Total Events Co or the school or performance body granting us distribution rights.
You are not permitted to:
- Copy, reproduce, or modify the Recording
- Upload the Recording to any public or private website, file-sharing service, or social media platform
- Distribute or share the Recording with anyone outside your immediate household
- Use the Recording in any commercial or promotional context
- Create derivative works or use the content in new creations (e.g. remixes, compilations)
Any breach of these terms may result in legal action, including but not limited to copyright infringement claims.
4. Licence
When you purchase a Recording, you are purchasing a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view or listen to the content for personal use. You do not own the Recording itself or any intellectual property rights associated with it.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

6. Australian Consumer Law
